Welcome

Winter is a great time in the valley. With the days getting shorter and the nights much colder it is important to remember to make the time to take care of ourselves.

Before getting out to shovel snow spend a few minutes warming up the muscles with a simple aerobic exercise, like a brisk walk or a set of jumping jacks. Follow that exercise with a few minutes of stretching and you will see how much better your body is able to handle all of your outdoor projects.

Chiropractic this time of year is especially important. With every adjustment one receives the immune system is given a boost. This will help prepare the body for all of the dis-ease the change of seasons brings (ie. allergies, colds, flu, etc.) Having your spine checked regularly, eating a healthy diet, and getting plenty of rest will ensure a happy and healthy winter season.

Our bodies are dynamic- ever changing. Now is the time for change.  If you have any questions for me about chiropractic or optimizing your lifestyle- email, call,or stop into the office.  I would be happy to assist you.

Blessings to you and yours,

Kimberly R Harman, DC
